Design-Build is a method in which the design and construction services are contracted by a single entity. Peter will manage your project from it's concept through the ribbon cutting ceremony.

As an Owner's Representative, Peter, working with your contractor will advise you along the way to ensure that the project’s needs are met on time and within budget.

As a Construction Manager, Peter will manage your project, solicit sub-contractors and procure the materials and equipment necessary. The project  proceeds with an open-book policy, which allows you to see exactly where your money is going.

As both an Owner's Representative and Construction Manager, Peter provides the same contracting services as a General Contractor for a fee based on the cost of the project, eliminating the need for a GC and reducing your bottom line.
